”One example of how much he thinks about ways he can go that extra mile for his clients is the time he was asked to list a property for sale. On looking into it in more detail, he advised the client to delay the sale for six months until the market picked up.

Vik successfully managed it for them in the meantime, including finding ways to reduce their costs, so their overall profit was much higher than if they’d sold the property when they first came to him to do that.
